HOW DIGBY’S GOT STARTED...

In 2018, Tim Rigby and Gregory Daines started working on their dream of bringing fresh, quality food to the great community of St. George. It took several years to get to the opening of their store in 2023. Snow Canyon has always been in their hearts, and they were fortunate to find a location along Snow Canyon Parkway for their first Grocery Store!

Tim started in the grocery business in 2006 stocking the frozen shelves, working his way up to Marketing Director. While working, he attended Utah State University and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Operations Management.

Greg grew up on his family farm in Northern Utah. They grew watermelon, tomatoes, corn, and many other crops and sold them at their local produce stand. Greg then went on to work in the hospitality industry, as well as a maintenance manager of a large building complex. They combined their talents and experience and bring a fresh perspective to being a local grocer. Together they partnered with CEIBA Investments to open up their St. George Local, family owned and operated grocery store.

Digby’s Market is a fun place to be! Team members and guests are treated as friends, bringing the community together.
